The cargo transport industry has experienced notable growth, significantly driving the increase in services across the sector, recorded at 20.9% still in March, according to data recently released by the National Transport Confederation (CNT).
The average rate for these products was 11% and will be zeroed by December 2025, benefiting more than 40 sectors of the economy. The measure will be published in the Federal Official Gazette.
Ponta do Félix Port, in Antonina, on the coast of Paraná, won the Authorized Economic Operator Certificate (OEA), issued by the Federal Revenue Service, and will become part of the Brazilian Customs Program.
